Apricot + Chamomile Flower Ice Pops | Deco TarteletteIt's a million degrees in Los Angeles and all I want to do is eat popsicles...I love ice pops...just a little bit of sweetness and icy cold...I'm looking forward to munching on these all summer.Makes about 6 Ice PopsIngredients:4 organic apricots, chopped4 cups filtered water1/4 cup organic sugar2 tablespoons fresh organic chamomile flowersDirections:Place apricots, water, and organic sugar in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour into a popsicle mold, filling each only half way. Place a few chamomile flowers in each pop. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and fill with remaining mix. Add popsicle sticks. Place back in freezer for about 3 hours. Remove 5 minutes prior to serving.
