Fall Goodies...

Fall has arrived! The morning air is crisp and we are snuggling up with blankets in the evening! I have been baking cookies and scones around the clock...what are some of your favorite fall goodies?We have been busy working on our floral drinks book with Chronicle Books. Thank you again so much for your support and kind notes since our announcement! We are super excited! With a release date of around March 2019, we will be sure to continue posting many floral libations on our site while we continue creating new recipes for the book. Here are some other snippets of what we have been up to...

We went apple picking at Live Earth Farm and came home with so many apples of course. Apples are Rufus' favorite and he was able to sneak a bite of one when I wasn't looking...With apples overflowing on the kitchen counter, what better excuse than to make this delicious Rose Salted Caramel Apple Pie? It's such a treat and a great way to enjoy freshly-picked apples.Shop this gorgeous plate here...I'm constantly craving warm beverages now so a stop at Blue Bottle while I was in Palo Alto for an event was mandatory...I love their tile and the location is so beautiful. Plus, how adorable are these shoes!?And yet another coffee run at our favorite local coffee shopShop: Beret, Blazer, SunglassesI had the pleasure of attending a fun gin tasting at the Anthropologie + Co in Palo Alto with Pomp + Whimsy...how dreamy is this space? I love these chairs! They have been on a wish list of mine for awhile now.My favorite cocktail at the Pomp + Whimsy tasting was their twist on a French 75: The Pomp 75. Simply splash 2 ounces of Pomp + Whimsy Gin Liqueur and 2 ounces of Champagne into a Champagne flute. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit rind. It was super tasty!
