Fennel Flower Bee's Knees

I came across some beautiful fennel flowers at the Hollywood Farmer's Market last week...they have a mild licorice essence which pairs beautifully with lemon and honey...and how fitting to add fennel flowers to a traditional Bee's Knees cocktail! This fetching libation is quite perfect for an afternoon spent on the porch swing.
