Fig + Blue Cheese ColeslawThe flavor combination and mix of textures makes this simple slaw exceptionally delicious. Sweet figs, salty Roquefort, tart yogurt + lemon dressing. It's a great addition to any barbecue.Serves 4Ingredients:1/2 head green cabbage, shredded6 black mission figs, quartered3 ounces Roquefort, crumbled1/4 cup organic Greek yogurtJuice from one lemonSalt + PepperAssemble:First, place the shredded cabbage in a bowl. Then, make the dressing: Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, salt + pepper. Add to cabbage and mix until cabbage is well coated with dressing. Add the figs and Roquefort. Gently mix.
