Flash-Pickled Radishes
You will need:1 bunch of French breakfast radishes, greens removed (have you cooked radish greens before? They're delicious...cook down as you would spinach)1/4 cup rice vinegar1 cup Champagne vinegarSalt and Pepper1 garlic clove, crushed2 stems fresh oregano5 stems fresh thymePlace all ingredients in a jar and let sit for 10 hours.You can also use this recipe to flash-pickle carrots, jalapenos, turnips, parsnips, cucumbers, green beans...whatever suits your fancy.I love to serve these with homemade tacos.Photography + Recipe + Styling by Cassie Winslow
