It's fancy pants hot cocoa...cheers!Floral Sugar Hot Cocoa:Serves 2Ingredients:1/4 cup organic heavy whipping cream2 cups organic whole milk4 tablespoons organic bittersweet cocoa4 tablespoons homemade floral sugar (recipe below), dividedDirections:Place whole milk, cocoa, and 3 tablespoons of the floral sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until combined. Meanwhile, place the heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer fit with a whisk attachment. Whisk on low speed until the cream begins to foam...then increase speed slowly. As the mixture begins to thicken, slowly add 1 tablespoon floral sugar.
