There are quite a few variations of this lively cocktail. My favorite combination is Cognac + Champagne...both French of course...For two cocktails:4 ounces Cognac4 ounces ChampagneOne organic lemon, juiced1/2 teaspoon organic sugarHandful of icePlace all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake it up! Strain into two martini glasses. Garnish with lemon peel. Cheers!
