Gin Mary
A simple + light Bloody Mary can be the perfect component to Sunday brunch and gin adds a splendid + graceful spin on a classic...For each cocktail:2 ounces ginPinch celery salt1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper1/2 cup organic tomato juice1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt1/2 teaspoon herb saltQuickly mix herb + seasoned salt then place on a plate. Rim each glass. Place gin, celery salt, pepper, and tomato juice (you can make fresh tomato juice in the summer or use the juice from organic fire roasted canned tomatoes in the off season) in each glass. Stir.
