Gin Rickey

A few weeks ago I posted a recipe for lavender infused gin...I've been having fun testing out all sorts of cocktails and have found the pairing of lavender and lime is simply divine.For each cocktail:3 limes, juiced2 ounces lavender infused ginSplash of seltzerHandful of icePlace all ingredients in your tumbler of choice.
