Honeydew + Rosemary Flower Agua Fresca
Poor honeydew melon...it's always the last one in the bottom of the fruit salad bowl...and why? This recipe proves that honeydew melon can shine on its own...that is, with a little edible flower love...Honeydew + Rosemary Flower Agua FrescaIngredients:1 organic honeydew melon, chopped1 cup filtered waterOrganic maple syrup1 teaspoon organic rosemary flowersSprigs of rosemary for garnishDirections:Blend the melon. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. Add water. Taste. Add maple syrup if needed. Add rosemary flowers. Mix. Chill. Serve in tumbler of your choice (I used these beauties...).
