A fun twist on a classic cocktail, this jasmine negroni is wonderfully beautiful and delicious. Garnished with a slice of blood orange, it's a delight for your eyes as well as your taste buds.

Jasmine Negroni Cocktail

First, make the jasmine-infused gin:

For every 6 ounces of gin, you will need one bag of jasmine tea. Pour gin into a glass ball jar and add the bag of tea. Infuse for four hours or if you want a more intense jasmine flavor, infuse overnight. Discard tea bag. For optimum flavor, use within a month.

For each cocktail:

Ingredients:

1 oz jasmine-infused gin (see recipe above)

1 oz Campari (or I also like to use Bruto Americano)

One oz sweet vermouth

A slice of blood orange

Handful of ice

Directions:

Place ice in a tumbler of your choice. Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Stir. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
