Lavender Infused Gin
Gin has a wonderful complexity and lavender lends a floral component which complements the herbaceous spirit quite nicely.Ingredients:2 cups of gin2 tablespoons lavender flowersPlace ingredients in an airtight container and store in the fridge for a week.
