Ingredients:1/2 cup freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice1/4 cup blanco tequila1 Tbsp lavender simple syrupSplash of sparkling waterHandful of iceRose salt (for the rim)Directions:Place grapefruit juice, tequila, lavender simple syrup, and sparkling water in a cocktail shaker. Shake! Strain into a rose salt-rimmed glass of your choice. Garnish with a sprinkling of rose salt or fresh, organic rose petals.
