Lavender Sugar

When I was living in Santa Cruz, I used buy organic lavender sugar at Shopper's Corner...it was one of my favorite things to experiment with in the kitchen. I have yet to find it anywhere in Hollywood so decided to make it myself...Simply place one cup of organic sugar in a food processor along with 1 1/2 tablespoons of organic dried lavender and blend for about 10 seconds. It's such a treat...I like sprinkling a little on top of a cappuccino or adding to cocoa brownies. Have fun! xoRecipe/Styling/Photo by Cassie Winslow
