Nectarine Salsa

This salsa is super colorful and delicious! I love using stonefruit in salsa...it adds a lil' tang and sweetness. With only three ingredients (well, not including salt + pepper), this salsa is simple to make and is so versatile...serve with eggs and toast in the morning or of course, piled atop homemade tacos...whichever you choose, this is a goodie. Don't ya just love summer?Ingredients:3 organic nectarines, diced (I used 2 yellow nectarines, 1 white nectarine)1 small organic jalapeno, dicedJuice + zest from 1 organic limeSalt + Pepper to tasteDirections:Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
