Preserved Lemons | Deco TarteletteCitrus is bountiful this time of year! If you find citrus piling up in your kitchen, make preserved lemons. They are rich and tart and will brighten up any winter dish...Simply slice 4 organic lemons as thin as possible, removing all seeds. Reserve ends. Layer in a clean, quart-sized ball jar. Generously sprinkle each layer with sea salt. Juice the reserved ends into the jar. Store in a cool, dark space for about one week. Rinse off and add to pastas, cocktails, salad dressings, and soups.
