Happy Baking! xoxMakes about a dozen bite-sized browniesIngredients:5 tablespoons raw or organic unsalted butter1/2 cup organic sugar1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Guittard Cocoa Rouge)1 teaspoon rose salt, divided1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract1 large egg1/4 cup organic all-purpose flour2 tablespoons dried organic rose petals, crushedDirections:Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Fill a saucepan with about 2 inches of water. Place a heat-proof bowl atop the saucepan over medium heat. Add butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and 1/2 teaspoon rose salt to the bowl. Stir until smooth. Remove bowl from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. Add vanilla extract and egg and stir quickly. Slowly add the flour and stir until the batter is smooth and glossy. Place batter in a small (4"x 4") parchment-lined casserole dish. Bake for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining rose salt and rose petals.
