Sambuca Sparkler
Sambuca is really unusual and I appreciate its licoricey, spicy characteristics. I like to drink it chilled or with a splash of sparkling water...Sambuca Sparkler: (Makes one cocktail)2 ounces Sambuca2 ounces San Pellegrino or other sparkling watera few ice cubesPlace ingredients in cocktail shaker.
