Stovetop Granola

stovetop granolaIn a large cast iron skillet, combine 5 Tablespoons organic unsalted butter and 5 Tablespoons dark agave nectar. Remove from heat.Add:3 cups organic rolled oats1 cup organic walnuts, chopped1/2 cup organic pumpkins seeds1/2 cup organic hazelnuts, chopped1/4 cup organic sesame seeds1/4 cup organic chia seeds1/4 cup dried plums, chopped1/2 teaspoon saltMix all ingredients. Cook on stovetop over medium-low heat stirring every 5 minutes for about 30 minutes. The granola is done when golden brown. Let cool for at least an hour at room temperature.
