Tartelettes!

This recipe is super simple….you don’t even have to turn on your oven. I found this wonderfully decadent recipe via The Magazine @ anthropologie.com….you can find the recipe here. I made a few adjustments…..I used Mi-Del gluten-free ginger snaps for the crust and made two tartelettes rather than one tart.
