Serve with Lilac Margaritas and you will be blissed-out...enjoy!Ingredients:6 organic tomatillos, huskedJuice from 2 organic lemonsHandful of organic arugulaSalt + PepperDirections:Place tomatillos in boiling water...boil for about 5 minutes. Remove tomatillos from water and allow to cool. Place tomatillos in a blender with lemon juice, arugula, salt + pepper. Blend until smooth.
