Jasmine Apple Toddy Cocktail

It's that time of year when the evenings begin to feel crisp and ending the day with a cozy cocktail in hand sounds so inviting...especially this Jasmine Apple Toddy Cocktail. It's super easy to make and is lovely to sip on while wrapped in layers of blankets and reading a delightful novel.This cocktail is a twist on one of my favorite recipes from by book, Floral Libations, my Jasmine Apple Cider...Jasmine Apple Toddy CocktailFor each cocktail1 cup high-quality apple cider1 jasmine tea bag2 ounces brandy1 paper-thin slice of apple, for garnishIn a small saucepan, warm the apple cider over medium heat until it begins to steam. Remove from the heat, add the jasmine tea bag, and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bag. Pour the infused apple cider into a mug. Add the brandy. Gently stir. Garnish with a paper-thin apple slice or a bloom if you please.Try my Lavender Orange Hot Toddy too! It's such a treat.
