A Rosey Glass of Champagne

Sparkling Wine with Rose Salted Rim

One of my favorite celebratory beverages as of late is so simple, so elegant, and so delicious. It's Champagne with a Rose Salted Rim. Is that it you may ask? Yes. It's lovely in every way. It's a great way to spruce up a simple glass of bubbly. You can find the recipe for my Rose Salt in my book, Floral Libations.

Floral Toffee Recipe

Oh and here's an unusual spin on my favorite toffee! I added dried roses and lavender to the topping! This recipe will be in my upcoming book (now with a working title of Floral Provisions) yet for now, you can use my recipe for toffee and simply add about 3 tablespoons of organic dried roses and two teaspoons of dried lavender. It's such a lovely burst of color on a dreary winter day.
