La Paloma
As much as I love Fall, a part of me isn't ready to bid adieu to Summer. This cocktail is full of sunshine and is bright in color and flavor. Here is how you make it...For each paloma, you will need:1 Ruby Red grapefruit (slice a few wedges then juice)2 ounces tequila (Gran Centenario is delicious and the bottle is pretty)Splash of seltzer waterHandful of IceRose SaltRim each glass with salt (use rose salt if you are feeling extra fancy).
