ROSE PETAL LEMMO Lemony, floral goodness in a glass....Recipe by Yvette van Boven in Home Made SummerIngredients:1 3/4 cups sugarJuice of six lemons (1 1/4 cups)Handful of fresh organic rose petalsIn a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the sugar and lemon juice to a gentle boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the fresh rose petals to the syrup in the pan, turn off the heat, and let it steep for 1 hour. Strain into a bottle. Keep in the fridge.
